Leadership and Change Affinity Group

Relational Cultural Theory-Informed
Leadership and Change

A community of leader-practitioners informed in Relational Cultural Theory, cultivating change through empathy, power-with, and growth-fostering relationships that upholds and strengthens social justice.

Who We Are & Why We Gather

Leadership is undefinable. In a complex and ever-changing world, we center relationships as the key to sustainable, regenerative leadership. This affinity group invites leader-practitioners across sectors to explore, grow, and lead through Relational Cultural Theory.

When
& Where

We typically meet virtually the second Friday of every month from 2:00-3:30 E.T.

What We Explore Together

Leadership happens in many ways, and in a world of complexity and constant change, the Leadership and Change community centers the evolving dynamics of relationships as the heart of meaningful leadership. Grounded in Relational Cultural Theory, we explore how connection, mutual growth, and adaptability drive positive change.

What Our Space Feels Like

The space acts as a thought-focused playground where community members explore theory and practice related to Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) and leadership. Each session begins with a grounding practice, followed by small and large group discussions on various leadership topics. As a community-led group, a different member leads the discussion each month, and guest speakers share their insights and experiences. Participants enjoy a blend of learning, laughter, reflection, and a sense of belonging. This environment encourages you to bring your leadership challenges and collaboratively explore creative solutions, often fostering a strong sense of connection.
